QUATEST 3 is designated as a mandatory conformity certification, inspection and testing body by state management agencies, including: Ministry of Science and Technology; Ministry of Health, Ministry of Construction; Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Ministry of Industry and Trade; Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs; Ministry of Informations and Communication; Ministry of Transport.

QUATEST 3 has a team of more than 700 technical officers and consultant experts with its organizational structure composed of 14 testing laboratories, 07 metrological laboratories, 07 inspection divisions for the evaluation of products and works quality, and product certification, two subsidiaries – Productivity & Quality Center and Testing Services Center; Branch office in Central Vietnam.

The quality management system of QUATEST 3 is certified to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001 for operation, consultation and training. Experiment activity (testing, verification and calibration) is accredited comply with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025; Inspection is accredited comply with the international standard ISO/IEC 17020; QUATEST 3 is designated as a certification body in compliance with ISO/IEC 17065; Proficiency testing activity conforms to ISO/IEC 17043.
