STAMEQ Appoints New Deputy Director of QUATEST 3

On September 16, 2025, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality (STAMEQ) issued a decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Lê Đăng Huyền, Acting Chief of Office of STAMEQ, to the position of Deputy Director of the Quality Assurance and Testing Center 3 (QUATEST 3) for a fixed term.
On September 18, Ms. Trần Thị Tuyết, Head of Personnel and Organization Department at STAMEQ, officially presented the appointment decision to Mr. Lê Đăng Huyền. The ceremony was attended by the Board of Directors and key executives of QUATEST 3, who warmly congratulated Mr. Huyền on his new role.
 
 
Ms. Trần Thị Tuyết formally announced the appointment decision of STAMEQ’s leadership and extended her best wishes to Mr. Huyền in fulfilling his new responsibilities.
