The Quality Assurance and Testing Center 3 (QUATEST 3) was invited to present at the conference titled “Vietnam’s Electricity and Green Energy Industry: Synchronizing Innovation, Investment and Regulations for Sustainable Growth & Energy Efficiency”. The event was held on July 17 as part of the 18th International Exhibition on Electrical Technology & Equipment - Vietnam ETE 2025, Products of Energy Saving & Green Power – Greenergy Expo 2025, Electric Energy Conference & Show – Elecs Vietnam 2025 taking place from July 16 to 18, which was co-organized by the QUATEST 4 branch, CP Advertising Firm and the C.I.S Vietnam Exhibition Company.

As part of this exhibition, the seminar aimed to offer in-depth expertise and practical perspectives on the electricity sector, including electrical equipment, installation systems, and efficient energy use.

Mr. Truong Van Thach, Head of the Department of Electrical, Electronics, and Telecommunications at QUATEST 3 and a key contributor to the development of the national technical regulation QCVN 25, delivered a report titled: “State Management of Low-Voltage Electrical Installation Systems and QCVN 25:2025/BKHCN”. The presentation included the following key topics: - Overview of low-voltage electrical installation systems and relevant standards and technical regulations; - Inspection and testing of low-voltage electrical installations; - Detailed introduction to QCVN 25:2025/BKHCN, its implementation road-map, and necessary preparations for businesses and Current developments and draft regulations regarding electric vehicle (EV) charging stations — a pressing and socially relevant topic.
